About the Role
As Regional Facilities Manager, you'll lead technical teams in delivering first-class PPM and reactive maintenance services. You'll build strong relationships with clients while managing supervisors and technicians to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of technical professionals
- Ensure delivery of maintenance services meets all SLAs and regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets and identify business development opportunities
- Conduct compliance audits and implement corrective actions
- Oversee 24/7 reactive and planned maintenance operations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and team performance
What They're Looking For
- Strong technical background in hard FM
- NVQ Level 3/City and Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2 in electrical installation/maintenance (or equivalent HVAC/refrigeration/plumbing qualifications)
- Proven experience leading and managing technical teams
- Experience with CAFM systems and performance data analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
- Full driving license
- CIBSE or BIFM membership preferred
