Are you an experienced facilities professional ready to take the next step in your career? This leading FM company is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to join their dynamic team and lead technical operations across Essex.



About the Role

As Regional Facilities Manager, you'll lead technical teams in delivering first-class PPM and reactive maintenance services. You'll build strong relationships with clients while managing supervisors and technicians to ensure exceptional service delivery.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of technical professionals
  • Ensure delivery of maintenance services meets all SLAs and regulatory requirements
  • Manage budgets and identify business development opportunities
  • Conduct compliance audits and implement corrective actions
  • Oversee 24/7 reactive and planned maintenance operations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and team performance


What They're Looking For

  • Strong technical background in hard FM
  • NVQ Level 3/City and Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2 in electrical installation/maintenance (or equivalent HVAC/refrigeration/plumbing qualifications)
  • Proven experience leading and managing technical teams
  • Experience with CAFM systems and performance data analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
  • Full driving license
  • CIBSE or BIFM membership preferred
