We are experiencing significant growth and are seeking an experienced Business Administrator to support various areas of our business and facilitate further growth. This role offers a unique and diverse opportunity to directly support our directors and staff, ensuring business effectiveness and efficiency.
Day-to-day of the role:- Order entry onto our in-house CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle product enquiries.
- Perform general administrative duties including monitoring stock levels and answering phone calls.
- Engage in daily business operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Keen to learn and grow within the company.
- Must have access to own transport due to the location of the business park.
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
