About the Role

As our Content & Social Media Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our podcast research and social media growth. You’ll help us take our podcast to the next level by identifying fresh content ideas and ensuring our social channels thrive. You’ll bridge the gap between our podcast and social platforms, creating a cohesive and engaging content strategy that builds brand awareness and drives results.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Podcast Research & Development: Research trending topics, identify compelling content ideas, and help shape the direction of our podcast to help make it the UK’s number-one business show.
  • Script Writing for YouTube Videos: Write compelling scripts tailored for YouTube videos, ensuring alignment with our brand’s tone and messaging, especially for content targeting business entrepreneurs.
  • Content Creation: Craft engaging social media content tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube), merging podcast highlights with innovative ideas based on our business activities.
  • Social Media: Support and manage the social media calendar, ensuring each platform receives the unique, tailored attention it deserves.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key KPIs (follower growth, engagement rates, reach, and organic leads) and report on performance using analytics tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our talented Marketing team to produce high-quality content and growth strategies.

Your Skills

  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts with measurable results
  • Comfort with business language and terms, as well as an interest or experience in working with business entrepreneurs
  • Experience with podcast research and content development.
  • Strong storytelling skills and understanding of brand development.
  • Familiarity with social media KPIs and analytics tools (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Proficiency in Canva (Adobe skills are a plus but not essential).
  • Experience in video editing for social media
