Are you passionate about education and looking to make a difference in secondary schools across Essex? Dunbar Education is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our team and provide support across a variety of schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons to secondary students in the absence of the regular teacher
- Ensure a positive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Manage student behavior in line with school policies
- Support students in their learning and ensure they stay on task
- Adapt to different school settings and subject areas when required
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to adapt quickly
- Confidence to lead a classroom and engage with students
