WE Talent is pleased to be recruiting for a part-time Team Administrator on behalf of our client, a dynamic and fast-paced organisation. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing vital administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth operations across the business.

About the RoleThis is a varied and evolving position where you’ll handle everything from scheduling and compliance to quality assurance and HR support. It’s ideal for someone with proven administrative experience, exceptional organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage diaries, travel, meetings, and project timelines.
  • Compliance & Onboarding: Support employee onboarding, compliance checks, and maintain essential records.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist with audits, ensure adherence to standards, and report non-conformance issues.
  • Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, reports, office supplies, and liaise with stakeholders.
  • HR & Recruitment: Maintain local HR records, assist with recruitment, and support staff welfare initiatives.
  • Health & Safety: Track site access permissions, update H&S records, and ensure compliance documentation is in place.

About YouYou’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role (construction or engineering experience is advantageous).
  • Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities and proficiency in MS Office.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
