Title: Payroll Specialist Salary: £35,000Location: Essex  Did you want to work as a Payroll Specialist for an industry recognised organisation that offers you great career progression opportunities, and dynamic working environment for a competitive salary of £35,000?This role requires ADP experience.Responsibilities:
  • Direct line and workload management of Payroll Assistant
  • Ensure policies and procedures are fit for purpose and adapt to any changes in legislation and/or business need
  • Verification of starters and leavers input by Payroll Assistant
  • Resolution of escalated queries in relation to benefits, deductions and/or tax implications
  • In collaboration with HR colleagues, manage the absence recording processes to ensure correct recording, calculation and payment of the same prior to payroll close
  • To support HR acting as main point of contact for pension queries, including administration of pension enrolments
Requirements:
  • 3 Years + Payroll experience 
  • ADP Experience
  • Good understanding of payroll package(s)
  • Good understanding of pension, statutory payments and HMRC legislation
