A thriving, personable Health and Safety consultancy specializing in construction is seeking an experienced and motivated CDM Consultant with a strong interest in advancing to a senior leadership position. In this role, you'll have the autonomy to manage your projects independently, with the flexibility to work remotely however many staff members still commute to the office as they champion an enjoyable atmosphere.

The CDM Consultant Role

As the Principal Designer, you will be responsible for a portfolio of exciting projects, while both acting as Principal Designer and PD Client advisor as you work effectively within a department of 15+ CDM/H&S staff.

The CDM Consultant Will Have:

  • NEBOSH Construction (required)
  • Tech IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (preferred)
  • Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
