Academics are working with a thriving primary school in Chelmsford who are seeking a psychology graduated Teaching Assistant to join their school from September, on a long-term basis. There is the potential for this role to become permanent after the probation period.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the passion for Special Educational Needs & Mental Health to develop their skills whilst working on a team of dedicated professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in children's lives.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 2:1 degree or above in a psychology related subject
  • Strong academic background e.g. A levels and GCSE's
  • Prior tutoring experience is desirable but not essential
  • Outgoing personality
  • An eagerness to learn
  • Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the welfare and academics success for students
