Our leading sub-contractor client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor working on specialist roofing and environmental construction services for various clients around Essex and the south east.
This role will report to the Quantity Surveyor and will carry out the following:
Prepare detailed cost estimates
Collaborate with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and team members.
Assist in contract administration and dispute resolution.
Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Preparation and negotiation of final accounts.
Requirements for Quantity Surveyor
Industrial/ roofing or sub-contractor experience
Have a track record of working for a sub-contractor or similar size.
Any knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contracts.
Excellent IT skills across Microsoft suites.
