About the role of Quantity Surveyor
Your role as Quantity Surveyor will be to work on brand new developments in Essex. Managing up to 2 sites at a given time from procurement and buying through to final accounting. You will be responsible for, but not limited to: CVRs, dispute resolution, subcontractor management and payments, cost management
Requirements for Quantity Surveyor
The company are looking for a candidate who is a team player, who can work collaboratively with the wider business, who has experience working on residential developments, ideally with another developer.
who ideally have the following:
- Degree in a construction related subject
- Minimum of 4 years experience on a similar project
- Competent in managing subcontractor packages and payments
- Drivers licence
The company:
The company are a regional developer who have been established for over 75 years working on large developments all over the country. You will be part of a commercial team of 12 working closely with buyers and estimators. You will be predominately office based in central London and travel to sites.
