Our client, a regional contractor, is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience working with a main contractor or PQS Consultancy and have completed their studies.
The role involves evaluating works for subcontractor payments, assisting in procurement, and preparing cashflow analysis reports.
The position offers full development opportunities with the goal of managing individual projects.

Our client, a regional contractor, are currently looking for Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

You should have at least two years experience working with a main contractor or PQS Consultancy, and already completed your studies.

The main duties will be:

Evaluating works done to process payments to sub contractors and negotiating with sub contractors with regard to their payment applications.
Assisting in the procurement of subcontractors.
Assist in preparing cashflow analysis reports on spreadsheets to correspond with the programme of works.
Assist in preparing interim valuations for submission to clients.
Assist in producing monthly CVR’s

Full development will be given to the candidate with the objective of running their own jobs.
