Job title: Property Manager
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Location: Chelmsford - Hybrid
My client is a well-established agency, looking for a Property Manager to join their team. They are looking for someone who has previous experience in Lettings or Property Management although training will be given. They are a lovely team, and looking for someone who wants to be part of that.
Duties:
- Resolving maintenance-based queries either by telephone or email
- Liaising with private tenants and the management company
- Reporting maintenance issues to approved contractors
- Arranging access for them
- Consulting with landlords
- Providing regular updates on the progress made
- Maintaining accurate records

- Training will be given, but they would look for someone who has some previous experience.
