Exciting Property Manager Opportunity – Hybrid RoleWe have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a fast-paced residential lettings team. This is a hybrid role where, after successfully completing your probationary period, you’ll work from home, with just 4-6 days a month spent at our Head Office or local branch.What’s in it for you?

Key Responsibilities:

Handle maintenance queries from tenants, liaising with contractors and landlords to resolve issues
Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken
Work closely with local lettings branches and internal teams to manage properties effectively

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in residential lettings or property management
A problem-solver with excellent communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to juggle a busy workload
IT proficient, familiar with MS Office
