An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager, to join a leading Independent Estate & Lettings Agent with a successful business in Chelmsford.Â
The ideal candidate must have previous experience within the Residential Property Management sector and be able to work to deadlines and under pressure. Â
You will be highly organised, personable and possess excellent customer service skills. Â
You will enjoy on the spot problem solving and be capable of building excellent working relationships with Tenants, Landlords and contractors as well as the rest of the Lettings team.Â
The Company: Our client is a highly professional independent Sales and Lettings Estate Agency, with an excellent reputation, a well-known brand, and offices in Essex.Â
Skills required for this Property Manager (Estate Agency) role will include:Â
- Experience in Property Management Â
- Good understanding of Lettings and Property Management procedures Â
- Demonstrate a professional approach to customer serviceÂ
- Ability to develop and maintain relationshipsÂ
- Excellent telephone mannerÂ
- Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workloadÂ
- Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesÂ
- Have a full UK driving licenceÂ
