Position: Receptionist (Temporary to Permanent)

Location:Chelmsford

Salary: £11.44ph - £12ph (dependant on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday

Are you an organised and personable individual looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a Receptionist to join our clients team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a front-of-house role and is looking for long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable

Requirements:
  • Experience using switchboards and handling multiple lines

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
