As a key member of our team, you will serve as the vital link between clients and candidates, focusing on Primary Care services. You will work closely with NHS trusts and medical professionals to ensure the efficient placement of doctors within the NHS.

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates with NHS and private healthcare providers.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring both candidates and clients have a positive experience.
  • Managing your own pool of locums/workers, regularly communicating with them to enhance your knowledge of roles and vacancies.

  • Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Goal-oriented, with the drive and ambition to succeed in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Previous experience in recruitment is desirable, but we are also open to candidates from other sectors with transferable skills.
