Technical Supervisor - Voids Team Location: Dagenham Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Style: Office/Site/Hybrid Salary: 43,000 per annum I'm looking for an experienced Technical Supervisor to lead a Voids team, overseeing property repairs and refurbishments for unoccupied homes. You'll manage operatives and subcontractors, ensuring high performance, compliance, and excellent service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise repairs and voids works, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Drive team performance and meet operational KPIs
  • Maintain accurate job records using PDA and Accuserve systems
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client reps
  • Contribute to out-of-hours call rota if required
  • Understand and apply NHF Schedule of Rates


About You

  • Experience in repairs/voids, ideally within social housing
  • Strong technical knowledge and supervisory experience
  • Confident using MS Office and housing maintenance systems
  • Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
