Key Responsibilities
- Supervise repairs and voids works, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Drive team performance and meet operational KPIs
- Maintain accurate job records using PDA and Accuserve systems
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times
- Collaborate with internal teams and client reps
- Contribute to out-of-hours call rota if required
- Understand and apply NHF Schedule of Rates
About You
- Experience in repairs/voids, ideally within social housing
- Strong technical knowledge and supervisory experience
- Confident using MS Office and housing maintenance systems
- Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
