All Square Recruitment are recruitingPicker Packersto join a busy distribution team in Wickford. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for applicants who successfully pass a 3 month probationary period.

Picker Packer - Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items from stock based on picking lists.
• Ensure correct quantities and product codes are selected.
• Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
• Work in a team to collectively achieve targets
• Report to the Warehouse Supervisor with any product defects

Experience required for the role

• Previous experience in a warehouse picking andpacking role
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Good communication & teamwork skills
• Reliable, with excellent timekeeping & a positive attitude.

Monday to Friday, Full time

8am till 5pm
