Summary
My client is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Maintenance Manager to join their team in Stanford le Hope. The ideal candidate will have begun their career as an electrical engineer. This pivotal role involves managing and overseeing the electrical maintenance operations within an industrial setting, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of all electrical systems and machinery.

The successful candidate will lead a team of maintenance professionals, developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimise downtime and enhance efficiency. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing electrical faults, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of industrial electrical systems.

Extensive knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Experience with PLC systems (e.g., Siemens S5/S7)
