Retail Manager / Store Manager required for successful, well established retail business in Chelmsford, Essex. This is a great opportunity for an individual with strong retail or similar management experience to join the busy team.

With proven experience of driving sales and business development to ensure maximum profitability you will have full operational accountability, taking control of stock, cash handling and overseeing all aspects of the business in order to achieve targets.

Great working hours - 2 week rota having either a Sunday and a Monday off or a Saturday and Sunday off (weekend working 10am - 3pm).

Salary up to £30k pa basic plus OTE and benefits.
