Contract:12 months fixed term

As the PeopleChange Consultant you will playa critical role in driving large-scale transformation by leading change initiatives across the organisation. This role involves creating and executing change management strategies to help the company meet its transformation goals. The consultant will provide expert advice, guidance, and leadership, working collaboratively with other teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading change management initiatives to support complex programs, ensuring successful outcomes and minimal resistance.
  • Offering specialist expertise and guidance to leadership teams, fostering a people-centered approach to change.
  • Designing and delivering change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication, readiness assessments, and training.
  • Evaluating the impact of change programs and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Building organisational change capability by coaching leaders and integrating best practices.
  • Staying updated with CIPD standards and contributing to the organisation's change practice community.

Required skills and experience:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience, with qualifications in Change Management (e.g.Prosci, ADKAR) preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale change projects, including risk management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks, methodologies, and organisational development theories.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills, with experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships and leading workshops.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in dynamic environments.
