An opportunity as opened for aPrincipal Software Compliance Engineerto join a large organisation in the heart of the Essex. This role is purely down to some new exciting projects coming to the business.You will mainly be workingin aviation and space, however there will be other projects in different industries.
The role ofPrincipal Software Compliance Engineerreports directly to the Software Team Lead and will work within a multi-disciplined R&D team. Youll be doing all aspects of writing embedded code, drive firmware development & documentation within ECSS standards. This role will allow you to lead a small Software team and work alongside Electronics & FPGA Engineers.
Principal SoftwareCompliance EngineerRequirements:
- Degree qualified and 10+ years of experience
- Bare Metal Embedded C & Python
- Coding to MISRA C or equivalent
- VHDL FPGA Code (desirable)
- Jira & Git
- CI/CD pipelines Jenkins or similar
- Aerospace or Space experience
