Role responsibilities:

- Use creative and differentiated teaching strategies to support student engagement and progress
- Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each child
- Monitor and assess students' academic and social development, adapting learning plans as necessary
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and supported

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in teaching students with SEN
- Strong knowledge of special educational needs and inclusive teaching methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, compassionate approach, with a passion for making a difference in students' lives

Location: Chelmsford
Contract: Full-time, long-term position
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
