SEN Teacher

Are you an experienced SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding role in a supportive and well-resourced school? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team and make a real impact on the lives of children with special educational needs.

The Role:
  • As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties.
  • You will work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
  • The SEN Teacher will use creative teaching strategies and differentiated instruction to support the academic and personal development of each student.
  • Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, and external professionals to develop EHCPs and individual learning plans.
The Ideal SEN Teacher:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience as an SEN Teacher.
  • Passionate about working with students with SEN and committed to inclusive education.
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Experience working with children with ASD, SEMH, SLD, or PMLD is highly desirable.
