Are you an experienced SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding role in a supportive and well-resourced school? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team and make a real impact on the lives of children with special educational needs.

The Role:

As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties.
You will work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
The SEN Teacher will use creative teaching strategies and differentiated instruction to support the academic and personal development of each student.
Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, and external professionals to develop EHCPs and individual learning plans.

The Ideal SEN Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience as an SEN Teacher.
Passionate about working with students with SEN and committed to inclusive education.
Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
Experience working with children with ASD, SEMH, SLD, or PMLD is highly desirable.
