Responsibilities, Skills and Experience for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Sufficient post Part 2 experience in a UK-based architectural practice.

  • Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, and technical specifications for joinery, electrics, and finishes.
  • Collaborate on hospitality design projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers, including conducting site visits and reviews.
  • Confidently manage projects independently and within a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp.
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
