Responsibilities, Skills and Experience for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- Sufficient post Part 2 experience in a UK-based architectural practice.
- Demonstrated success in delivering hospitality projects, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, and technical specifications for joinery, electrics, and finishes.
- Collaborate on hospitality design projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers, including conducting site visits and reviews.
- Confidently manage projects independently and within a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp.
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Experience with construction detailing and preparing technical documentation.
- Must be based in Chelmsford.
