We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Graduate Tutors to join our team and make a positive impact on our students' learning journeys.
The Role: We are looking for enthusiastic Graduate Tutors to support two key groups of students:
- Catch-Up Students: Those who need additional help to reach their academic potential.
- Advanced Students: Those who require extra stimulation to push their boundaries and achieve even higher standards.
As a Graduate Tutor, you will work across a range of subject specialisms in a secondary school setting, supporting students aged 11-18.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored tutoring sessions to meet individual student needs.
- Support students in both one-on-one and small group settings.
- Develop and implement effective tutoring strategies to improve academic performance.
- Track and report on student progress.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to identify students needing additional support or challenge.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Person Specification:
- A degree in a relevant subject area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments.
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience is desirable but not essential.
