LHH is pleased to collaborate with a top 50 firm in Cheltenham that is in search of a dedicated and experienced Audit Senior.

In this position, you will oversee an audit team on-site, mentor junior team members, and handle a varied client portfolio. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing statutory audits for corporate clients, both in the office and at their locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, carry out, and finalise audit assignments while supporting the audit manager.
  • Prepare statutory accounts, corporation tax calculations, and returns for limited companies and groups.
  • Assist with other compliance tasks, including preparing VAT returns.
  • Prepare accounts for partnerships and sole traders, including drafting income tax calculations.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Train and oversee junior staff members.
  • Prepare management accounts.
Requirements:
  • Competant in audit, accounting and tax software.
  • ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
  • Full clean drivers licence.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills.
