My Cheltenham based client, a leading property management company committed to providing safe, inclusive, and sustainable accommodations are seeking a Business Support Administrator for maternity cover to assist their Commercial and Legal team.

This role is crucial for supporting the submission, development, and management of large-scale, national projects, as well as day-to-day business activities.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Process incoming project submissions in consultation with the Head of Department.
  • Regularly liaise with a range of external stakeholders to meet varying project requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure a seamless project process.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the progress of project objectives.
  • Manage queries and respond to requests for information.
  • Draft and coordinate correspondence.
  • Maintain and monitor systems for the collection and recording of project data.
  • Handle phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Head of Department and assist with the general office administration cycle when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Two GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, at grades A*-C / 9-4.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in an office administration role.
  • Experience in a customer service or sales environment is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications and an aptitude for learning new software systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adept at multi-tasking, organising, and prioritising workload.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
