This team is integral to their success, providing crucial support to the Partners and their teams. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the Business Solutions team and help us maintain our high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Diary and Email Management: Efficiently manage various diaries and emails across the team, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling.
  • Correspondence and Administration: Handle daily correspondence and administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Project Management: Oversee the progress of various projects, ensuring the team stays on top of current work and meets deadlines.
  • Client On-boarding and AML Checks: Facilitate the on-boarding of new clients and conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks to ensure compliance.
  • First Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming queries, both internally and externally, providing excellent customer service.
  • Client Procedures: Manage and handle client procedures efficiently, ensuring all processes are followed correctly.
  • Event Planning: Plan and organise team events, fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment.
