Business Support Administrator

Are you a highly organised and detail-driven administrator looking for a role where you can make a real impact? This is an exciting opportunity to support the Commercial and Legal team, providing crucial business support across large-scale national projects and day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
What the role involves
- Efficiently manage incoming project submissions, ensuring accurate data recording.
- Maintain regular communication with external stakeholders, addressing project requirements.
- Oversee and maintain project pipelines using Excel, ensuring data integrity.
- Track, evaluate, and report on project objectives to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor and maintain email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and organisation.
- Draft, proofread, and prepare professional correspondence and documents.
- Oversee business systems for data collection and recording.
- Handle incoming phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages as needed.
What you will bring
- Previous experience in an office administration role
- Two GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, at grades A*-C / 9-4.
- Experience in a customer service or sales environment is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and an aptitude for learning new systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work independently or as part of a team.
- A proactive mindset with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

- Basis: Permanent
- Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum
- Hours of work: 30 - 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- Location: Cheltenham
- Holiday Entitlement: 23 days + 8 bank holidays
