Completions AdministratorCheltenhamCirca £23,000 - £25,000Located in the heart of Cheltenham, my client are seeking a Completions Administrator to join their team, due to a staggering amount of growth in recent years! A modern, forward-thinking, innovative and friendly company, offering an incredibly opportunity for the right individual to join them on this growth journey.

Role Overview:

As part of the Post Completions Team, you will help with tasks such as:

  • Checking and submitting land registry applications.
  • Assisting with actions to transfer property ownership.
  • Managing inquiries from HM Land Registry.
  • Protecting mortgage lender interests and updating them on property registration progress.
  • Ensuring completed registrations are accurate and sent to clients/lenders.
  • Closing and archiving completed files.
  • Communicating with clients, lenders, and other parties involved.
  • Keeping documents organized and maintaining the Deeds store.

About You:

  • You are self-motivated and well-organized, able to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
  • A practical, common-sense approach is key.
  • Previous office experience is helpful but not required.
  • A positive, can-do attitude fits with our culture.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
