On site Contract Administrator Location: Cheltenham - OnsiteDuration: 3 months Days/hours: Monday to Friday 37 hours a week (Early finish on a Friday) Pay rate: £16.91ph PAYE Start date: ASAPShorterm's client is looking to hire an experienced administrator to join the Energy and Carbon team supporting the customer and commercial director. You will be responsible for providing effective transactional based communication at all levels of the business and be the essential link between the clients 2 sites energy management systems. Responsibilities: * Serve as the key liaison between the OEM and MRO sites' energy management systems and carbon reduction performance within Head Office.* Take responsibility for all energy and carbon data and update metrics for each business unit on a monthly / quarterly and annual basis* Raise and disseminate awareness on energy / carbon initiatives within the sites.* Represent the client at internal Energy/Carbon meetings with head office.Skills* Professional, team-oriented but has ability to work independently and act on own initiative. * Skilled in using Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.* Effective organisation, reporting and planning ensuring that key deadlines are achieved.* Effective communication skills throughout all levels of the business.* Good interpersonal relationship skills and ability to influence others in order to achieve objectives.* Knowledge and experience in energy metering and carbon reduction initiatives is an advantage but not a necessity.
