Your Role: As an essential member of the team, you’ll provide vital administrative support to Wealth Client Executives and Financial Planners, helping them deliver exceptional service to their clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing annual client review packs to ensure smooth client meetings
- Processing new business applications efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining client records and ensuring accuracy in all administrative tasks
- Liaising with clients and providers to support the firm’s financial planning activities
Your attention to detail and organisational skills will play a key part in ensuring the firm’s high service standards are maintained.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- IO - Intelligent office, Fidelity Advice, Dynamic planner desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Experience in financial services or with investment wrap platforms
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
