Office SupportCheltenham
Part Time!Circa £30,000 per annum (pro rata)Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and knowledge within property/construction? This role offers 20 hours per week, with the potential to expand to full-time in the future.Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support within the housing and property development sector
- You will be the first point of contact for customers, over email and some over the phone
- Efficiently handle Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Handling inquiries from clients and residents professionally and promptly.
- Organise and manage documentation with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
- Being the support in the office, dealing with other ad hoc duties
About You
- Experience in the housing or property development industry is preferable
- A confident user of Microsoft Excel
- Able to work as part of a small, collaborative team
- Detail oriented
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
- A proactive, reliable attitude and excellent organisational abilities.
- Self-motivated and eager to succeed
