Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage financial documents and reports
  • Enter and reconcile data in industry systems like Global XB and MS Office
  • Allocate payments, process cash receipts, and manage financial statements
  • Support with reconciliations and departmental reports
  • Assist in resolving account discrepancies and following up on unpaid balances

Requirements:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 5 or above)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail with excellent communication
  • Commitment to completing Cert CII qualification (18-24 months)
