The Role:
Join a team where your expertise makes a difference! We are seeking a dynamic Senior Quality Engineer to join a leading defence and aerospace manufacturer in Gloucestershire. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring quality excellence across the business, driving compliance with AS9100 & ISO9001 standards, and championing continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead quality assurance activities across the production lifecycle.
Manage internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold product quality standards.
Support the Quality Engineers to deliver against internal and customer standards.
The Person
Proven experience in quality engineering within the aerospace or defence sector.
In-depth knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001 and other relevant standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality challenges.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
