Based in Cheltenham and offering hybrid working, they are a technology led firm with a focus on providing high-quality customer service and a greater speed to market than many traditional competitors. As a Business Development Executive, you will join a growing team of like-minded individuals and be responsible for identifying and bringing aboardquick-growth clients and ensuring they receive an exceptional service throughout the whole sales process.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Business Development Executive:

  • Research, identify and reach out to prospective companies to arrange initial meetings.
  • Pitch Insurance products and services to prospective clients either face-face or virtually.
  • Offer outstanding customer service by following-up at speed on leads, requests and issues.
  • Maintain consistent contact with the Broking team to ensure prompt progress with new clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Business Development Executive:

  • Strong communication skills are key to this role - written and verbal.
  • Ability to build relationships with key decision makers.
  • Willingness to succeed, someone with the hunger to progress.
  • Organised with ability to follow-through on promises and deliver client expectations.
  • Knowledge of Fintech desirable.
