What’s the Role About?
- Supporting the Head Chef in delivering top-notch food, every time
- Keeping the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently during busy shifts
- Training and motivating a passionate kitchen team
- Making sure hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen standards are always on point
- Helping manage stock, wastage, and prep like a pro
- Getting stuck in with daily service, bringing the energy
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a solid Junior Sous looking to step up
- Confidence in a high-volume, fast-casual or QSR-style kitchen
- Passion for quality food, team leadership, and service that hits the mark
- A can-do attitude and cool head under pressure
- Ambition to grow with a brand that’s going places
- Up to £40,000 OTE
