Marketing manager

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing workflows, schedules, and communications to ensure the seamless execution of all marketing activities. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, coordinating efforts to deliver high-quality content that aligns with a fashion brand in the pursuit of perfection!Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project management using tools like Asana, ensuring all tasks are tracked, deadlines are met, and team priorities are aligned.
• Manage schedules and planning for the marketing team to ensure optimal resource allocation and productivity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between external agencies and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Facilitate the approval process for all marketing content by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on product launches and marketing activities, including comprehensive weekly reports to senior management.
• Organize and manage all aspects of photoshoots, including booking models, locations, and travel arrangements.
• Source and organise marketing materials, ensuring they are brand-appropriate and available when needed.
• Review content before it goes live or is distributed, maintaining high standards of quality and brand consistency.
• Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.

The Candidate:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana.
• Experience in coordinating photoshoots and managing marketing materials.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
