- Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand and optimise the introducer network.
- Training & Support: Deliver training, presentations, and updates to introducers, keeping them informed of company offerings, industry changes, and best practices.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse introducer performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including Managing Directors of Group divisions, to ensure a seamless onboarding and referral process.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of introducer activity using CRM tools, ensuring all partnerships comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Experience: Proven background in relationship management, account management, or business development.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working with introducer networks, brokers, or affiliate partners, ideally within financial services.
- Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess performance data and make strategic recommendations.
- Tech Proficiency: Skilled in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
