Relationship Manager – Introducer AccountsCheltenhamFull-time, PermanentAbout the OpportunityWe’re recruiting on behalf of a growing financial services firm seeking a Relationship Manager to oversee and nurture relationships with their introducer accounts.This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving business growth by strengthening existing partnerships and developing new ones.In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for introducers, helping them maximise their performance and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to refer high-quality business.Key Responsibilities
  • Introducer Management: Act as the primary liaison for introducers, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand and optimise the introducer network.
  • Training & Support: Deliver training, presentations, and updates to introducers, keeping them informed of company offerings, industry changes, and best practices.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse introducer performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including Managing Directors of Group divisions, to ensure a seamless onboarding and referral process.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of introducer activity using CRM tools, ensuring all partnerships comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
 What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Experience: Proven background in relationship management, account management, or business development.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working with introducer networks, brokers, or affiliate partners, ideally within financial services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess performance data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Tech Proficiency: Skilled in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Proactive Mindset: Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously.
