Sales Team LeaderAre you a natural leader with a passion for coaching and motivating teams to succeed?Are you ready to take the reins, drive results, and create a high-performing sales culture? If so, we’d love to hear from you!Responsibilities:

  • Create a productive and positive work environment that energizes the team to hit targets and deliver results.
  • Provide clear instructions, set performance targets, and manage workload to ensure objectives are met.
  • Monitor and share information on individual and team performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Deliver training plans for new starters and ongoing development for the team.
  • Identify training needs and ensure personal development plans are in place.
  • Develop plans to expand existing business opportunities, meet revenue targets, and promote all our services.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, resolve conflicts, and ensure everyone is working at their best.
  • Stay ahead by analysing performance metrics and monitoring competitor activity.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and provide outstanding support.

Requirements:

  • B2B sales experience
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel.
  • You’ve got excellent leadership skills and know how to bring out the best in a team.
  • Whether verbal or written, you’re a pro at getting your message across.
  • You’re motivated by targets and thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Collaboration is key, and you know how to support and inspire colleagues.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organisational skills are a must.
