We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Account Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. As the focal point of the customer experience, you will manage client relationships, handle queries, and ensure accurate and updated information flow between energy suppliers and clients.

This role requires excellent time management, prioritisation skills, and a keen eye for detail. Industry knowledge is preferred but not essential.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Oversee a portfolio of B2B accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services, addressing client enquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Track and report on client performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement for both the client and company.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, including contract renewals and upselling additional services that align with client needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Utilise data to provide insights and recommendations to clients, helping them achieve their energy management and cost-saving goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contracts, communications, and performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • GCSEs or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Experience in account management, client services, or a related field, preferably within the energy management or utilities sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised.
