Your Role:

  • Oversee a portfolio of B2B accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, including contract renewals and upselling additional services that align with client needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contracts, communications, and performance reports.

Skills:

· You will possess excellent Customer Service / Account Management skills.

· Ability to build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

· Computer literate.

· Confident telephone manner.

· Highly organised.
