Customer Service Administrator
Cheltenham
Monday - Friday (35 hours a week!)

My client are looking for someone to join their fun and vibrant team in the centre of Cheltenham as a Project Administrator to support the market research recruitment for their medical clients!
The right candidate should have strong a strong academic background, confident communication skills, a keen eye for detail, confident and passionate to succeed in all that they do.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the project team with administration
- Recruiting and scheduling market research interview participants
- Ensuring client briefs have been met fully
- Project administration
- Contacting and updating clients
- Completing all tasks efficiently
- Playing an active role in client briefings
- Booking and managing resources
Requirements:
- Must have a strong academic background
- 6 months previous commercial exposure would be highly advantageous
- Excellent communications skills
- Driven to succeed
