Role Overview:
As the After-Sales, Snagging & Administration Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all after-sales and snagging activities are managed efficiently and to a high standard. You will be responsible for coordinating snagging lists, handling customer queries, and overseeing the administration of after-sales processes to ensure a smooth handover and satisfaction for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage snagging lists for completed projects.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to address and resolve snagging issues.
  • Oversee after-sales activities to ensure timely completion of any outstanding works.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all necessary documentation is in place for post-project follow-up.
  • Handle client queries and ensure excellent customer service throughout the after-sales process.
  • Assist with invoicing, contract administration, and any necessary paperwork.
  • Support project managers with administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during snagging and after-sales processes.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in the construction industry, with a focus on after-sales or snagging.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • A proactive approach to managing customer expectations and resolving issues.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of construction processes and terminology.
