I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading electrical compliance company based in Cheltenham, dedicated to providing top-notch services to clients throughout the UK. Due to company expansion, we are looking to recruit an Electrical Supervisor / QS with experience signing off testing engineers’ certificates, auditing engineers / sites and training new engineers. This is an ideal role for an experienced engineer looking to move off the tools and into an office-based role.
Salary & Working Hours
- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
- Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Auditing engineers and sites to ensure compliance with electrical standards.
- Signing off certificates and ensuring detailed documentation of findings.
- Dealing with customer queries and providing expert advice and resolutions.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality in all tasks.
- Visits to sites / engineers throughout the UK so some travel will be required.
Qualifications & Skills
- 18th Edition Qualified.
- City and Guilds 2391 or 2394/5 certification.
- NVQ level 3 / AM2
- Proven experience in auditing engineers and sites.
- Strong ability to sign off reports and handle customer queries effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- UK drivers licence
