A great opportunity to join a full service law firm with a highly regarded Corporate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background coupled with experience in a variety of corporate legal matters and have the ability to learn and develop further in the role.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and drafting of corporate documents, including board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and company formation documents.
- Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of legal opinions.
- Manage and maintain corporate records, including filings with Companies House.
- Support the due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions, including document review and organisation.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting corporate governance and compliance.

Requirements:
- Degree educated or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as a paralegal, preferably in corporate law, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of corporate legal principles and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
