Credit Controller

Annual Salary: £22,500 - £25,000

Our respected client is in search of a Credit Controller to become an integral part of their finance team. This pivotal role is responsible for upholding a proficient and systematic credit control system, mitigating business risk, and fostering outstanding client relationships. As a member of a compact yet active team, you will deliver a streamlined, customer-centric service that aligns with industry best practices.

Day-to-day of the role:

Helping to meet monthly targets for cash collection.
Directly interacting with clients to recover outstanding and overdue amounts.
Generating monthly statements and letters.
Coordinating with various departments to update them on payment status.
Supporting the procedure of transferring debts to Debt Recovery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Intermediate-level expertise in Excel usage.
Prior experience in Customer Service or administrative roles.
Strong and confident communication abilities.
Training opportunities available for the suitable candidate.
