Our respected client is in search of a Credit Controller to become an integral part of their finance team. This pivotal role is responsible for upholding a proficient and systematic credit control system, mitigating business risk, and fostering outstanding client relationships. As a member of a compact yet active team, you will deliver a streamlined, customer-centric service that aligns with industry best practices.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Helping to meet monthly targets for cash collection.
  • Directly interacting with clients to recover outstanding and overdue amounts.
  • Generating monthly statements and letters.
  • Coordinating with various departments to update them on payment status.
  • Supporting the procedure of transferring debts to Debt Recovery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Intermediate-level expertise in Excel usage.
  • Prior experience in Credit Control.
  • Strong and confident communication abilities.
  • Training opportunities available for the suitable candidate.
